Carolyn Brand is the Founder and CEO of SpanHR, a modern HR consultancy that provides strategic, on-demand HR teams for growing businesses. With a background in corporate HR and executive leadership, she helps companies turn people challenges into growth opportunities. Carolyn is known for her direct, business-minded approach and ability to simplify complex issues. She’s worked across industries, guiding founder-led and midsize organizations through change, growth, and team development. Carolyn is a Vistage member and was recently named a finalist in the Charlotte Business Journal’s Best in HR Awards. Outside of work, she’s passionate about travel, strength training, and a good board game.
